Job summary

R2R Consults in Mumbai (Sion) seeks a CA / semi-qualified CA or MBA with 12+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with strong exposure to business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, MIS and commercial finance.

You will lead FP&A, budgeting and scenario planning, manage MIS and cost optimization, oversee cash flow and liquidity planning, and present financial insights to senior management and the Board. Strong MS Excel / financial modelling and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Strong exposure to business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and commercial finance.
CA / Semi-qualified CA / MBA candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A, AOP, budgeting, forecasting & scenario planning
Manage MIS, variance analysis & profitability reporting
Oversee project finance, commercial analysis, ROI & feasibility
Drive budget control, financial KPIs & cost optimization
Manage treasury, cash flow & liquidity planning
Support investor/lender reporting
Present financial insights to senior management & Board
