Job summary

JTEKT India is seeking a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering fresher (pass out 2025/2026) to join the Production team. The role requires 0–1 year of experience and a strong foundation in mechanical engineering fundamentals. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred, with a minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and graduation.

The candidate will support daily production operations, uphold safety and quality standards, and participate in Kaizen and process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate with team members and other sub-sections for smooth production flow.
• Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting of production-related issues.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.

• Participate in production improvement, Kaizen and process improvement activities.
• Monitor production performance against daily targets, timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with team members and other sub-sections to ensure smooth production flow and achievement of departmental objectives.
• Support problem-solving and troubleshooting of production-related issues.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and best practices and monitor their effectiveness.
