Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a senior Java backend engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

You will build RESTful APIs, work with Azure cloud services, implement CI/CD, and collaborate with architects, QA, and stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development using Java/J2EE.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.
• Hands-on experience in developing Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management, Azure Monitor.
• Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control systems.
