And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required SkillsetCore Experience: 3 to 5+ years supporting digital workplace technologies, end-user computing, or workplace infrastructure services.Specialized Domain Expertise: Proven experience supporting enterprise printing, scanning, and multifunction device environments.Collaboration & Workplace Tech: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and workplace collaboration technologies.Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning).ITSM & Tools: Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, specifically ServiceNow .Core Competencies: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Understanding of Experience Level Agreements (XLA) and user-centric service delivery principles.Familiarity with device lifecycle management and asset management.Preferred SkillsetCloud & Endpoint Management: Experience on Microsoft Azure with hands-on knowledge of managing endpoints via Microsoft Intune .Being YouThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
