Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services invites a seasoned DevOps professional to join our cloud infrastructure team with locations in India, including Hyderabad. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker, and orchestrate AKS clusters in Azure.

You will implement Terraform and ARM/Bicep IaC, collaborate with development and QA, monitor performance, and ensure security, compliance, and scalable deployment across environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure role with hands-on Azure DevOps and Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps components including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts.
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes architecture and management.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and services.
• Experience with Terraform, ARM or similar IaC tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps services.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps services (Azure Pipelines).
• Containerization: Utilize Docker for containerizing applications and managing container images within an Azure Container Registry (ACR).
• Container Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, specifically Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring high availability and performance.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate the provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate new software components and ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize resource utilization and application scalability.

• Documentation & Support: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to infrastructure, processes, and deployment strategies, providing technical support and mentorship to development teams.
