GlobalLogic is seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with deep Azure expertise to support a high-scale, event-driven microservices platform. You should own deployments, automate tasks, and ensure reliable production operations.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and managing Kubernetes deployments. Java experience is a plus for integrating with Java services in our stack.

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with deep Azure expertise to support a high-scale, event-driven microservices platform. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to operate independently, and experience supporting production systems at scale.

The key skills and expectations are:

• Docker & Containerization: Ability to create Dockerfiles and containerize existing applications.
• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and architecture
• Expertise in CI/CD using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
• Kubernetes: Understanding of Kubernetes manifests and experience deploying applications to Kubernetes environments.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with creating and maintaining deployment pipelines.
• Scripting: Basic scripting skills to automate tasks and support deployment processes.

Please prioritize candidates who have a combination of Java development experience and practical DevOps skills, particularly in Docker and Kubernetes.

Good to have: Good understanding of Java applications and their architecture.Execution & Behavioral Expectations
