Job summary

Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to design and run CI/CD pipelines across dev/test/prod environments in a fast-growing tech consultancy.

You will automate infrastructure with ARM/Terraform, integrate security tooling, and manage AKS deployments, collaborating with SREs and cloud architects to strengthen monitoring and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments.
• Strong skills in infrastructure as code and security integration within CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate with SREs and cloud architects to define monitoring and logging strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for multi-environment deployments (dev/test/prod).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with ARM, Bicep, or Terraform while enforcing Azure policies.
• Integrate security scanners and compliance tools into CI/CD workflows.
• Orchestrate container deployments with AKS and manage Helm charts and registries.
• Collaborate with SREs and cloud architects to define monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies.
• Promote DevOps best practices in squads via workshops and playbooks.

Our engineers design CI/CD automation, infra-as-code governance, and DevSecOps guardrails that accelerate release velocity while hardening security posture—all within agile, cross-functional teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines (classic & YAML) for multi-environment deployments—dev/test/prod—with rollback and approval gates.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning via ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform, ensuring compliance with Azure Policy and Azure Blueprints.
• Integrate security scanners (SAST/DAST), dependency checks, and compliance tools (e.g., Azure Security Center, Checkmarx) into CI/CD workflows.
• Orchestrate containerized deployments (AKS, Azure Container Apps) and manage Helm charts, image registries, and service mesh configurations.
• Collaborate with SREs and cloud architects to define monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Champion DevOps best practices—shift-left security, infrastructure immutability, and automated testing—in engineering squads via workshops and playbooks.
