Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud professional to own and drive deployments on the Azure platform.

The role requires hands-on experience with containers, orchestration, API gateways, and enterprise-scale architectures for high availability and disaster recovery. You will design secure cloud solutions, implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and contribute to logging/monitoring practices using Azure Monitor, Dashboards, and Workbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience working on Azure cloud platform.
• Production experience with containers and container orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm/FluxCD).
• Experience with enterprise scale applications, API Gateways, high availability architectures, load balancing & disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of application and cloud security fundamentals.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines including production deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Solid troubleshooting skills.
• Experience building and working with logging and metrics solutions using Azure Monitor, Dashboards, Workbooks etc.
• Provisioning/ Enablement/ Support to various Azure Services covering Compute, Storage, Networks, Integration services.
• IaC Automation using Terraform and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of testing pyramids and their application to modern architectures (microservices/SPAs).
• Knowledge of modern infrastructure practices.
• Demonstrable experience debugging applications in at least one major language (e.g. Java/Python/NodeJS/Go).
• Knowledge of at least one package/dependency management system (Maven/Gradle/NPM/Composer/Yarn).
• In depth experience of Git including workflows and at least one Git solution (GitHub/GitLab/Gerrit/Bitbucket).
• Experience on ITSM process.

Responsibilities

• Role & responsibilities are focused on Azure cloud platform support and development.
• Collaborate on containerized deployments and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, highly available systems with proper disaster recovery.
• Ensure cloud security fundamentals are upheld across services.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps with production deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement robust logging and monitoring using Azure Monitor.
• Provide provisioning and enablement for Azure Compute, Storage, Networks, and Integration services.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and PowerShell (IaC).
• Apply testing pyramids to microservices and modern architectures; support debugging in Java, Python, NodeJS, or Go.
• Maintain Git workflows and version control across teams.
• Support ITSM processes and incident management.
