Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm/FluxCD).
• Experience with API Gateways, high availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of cloud security fundamentals.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines including production deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with logging/metrics solutions (Azure Monitor, Dashboards).
• Provisioning/Enablement/Support for Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networks).
• Experience with IaC using Terraform and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of testing pyramids and modern architectures (microservices/SPAs).
• Git and workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Gerrit/Bitbucket).
• ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Role involves owning Azure cloud platform responsibilities.
• Designing and supporting containerized workloads and microservices on Kubernetes.
• Implementing reliable CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
• Ensuring security, HA, DR, and compliance across services.
• Building observability with logs and metrics (Azure Monitor, dashboards).

Role & responsibilities

• 5+ years of professional experience working on Azure cloud platform
• Production experience of containers and container orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm/FluxCD)
• Experience in working with enterprise scale applications, API Gateways, high availability architectures, load balancing & disaster recovery
• Knowledge of application and cloud security fundamentals
• Experience of setting up CI/CD pipelines including production deployments using Azure DevOps
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Experience building and working with logging and metrics solutions using Azure Monitor, Dashboards, Workbooks etc.
• Provisioning/ Enablement/ Support to various Azure Services covering Compute, Storage, Networks, Integration services
• Experience on IaC Automation using Terraform and PowerShell
• Knowledge of testing pyramids and their application to modern application architectures (microservices/SPAs)
• Knowledge of modern infrastructure practices
• Demonstrable experience of debugging applications in at least one major language (e.g. Java/Python/NodeJS/Go)
• Knowledge of at least one package/dependency management system (e.g. Maven/Gradle/NPM/Composer/Yarn)
• In depth experience of Git including development and feature based workflows and at least one Git solution (e.g. Github/Gitlab/Gerrit/Bitbucket)
