• Create Fabric Notebooks for business logic and data processing.
• Load data from Silver to Gold layers and maintain CDC and schema drift handling.
• Validate data across all layers for accuracy and completeness.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to design, develop, and implement robust data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory. This role is crucial for migrating existing data processes, building scalable data architectures, and ensuring data accuracy across all layers. The ideal candidate will drive the implementation of Medallion Architecture and advanced data transformation logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the Medallion Architecture using Microsoft Fabric Workspaces.
• Develop metadata-driven Fabric Pipelines and implement the end-to-end Medallion Architecture.
• Design and implement the data flow architecture for migrating existing SSIS package processes to Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines.
• Develop Fabric Notebooks to implement business logic and data transformations.
• Design and implement the Gold Layer, including transformation logic to load data from the Silver Layer into Fact and Dimension tables.
• Implement schema drift handling and Change Data Capture (CDC) processes.
• Perform end-to-end data validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all layers.
• Design and maintain pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
