Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to manage, monitor, and optimize Azure infrastructure. You will provision resources, configure networking, implement identity and access with Azure AD, and ensure security and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure across VMs, storage, networking and resource groups.
• Proficient in IaC with Terraform and ARM templates, and automation with PowerShell/Azure CLI.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, RBAC, security policies and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Provision and maintain Azure resources including VMs, Storage Accounts, Networking, and Resource Groups.
• Configure and administer Virtual Networks, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPN Gateways, and ExpressRoute.
• Implement identity and access management using Azure AD and RBAC.
• Monitor environments with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights.
• Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, security issues across Azure services.
• Implement backup, DR and business continuity with Azure Backup and Site Recovery.
• Automate deployment/configuration with Terraform, ARM Templates, PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Ensure security compliance with Defender for Cloud and vulnerability remediation.
• Plan capacity, optimize costs, analyze resource utilization.
• Collaborate with application/security/infrastructure teams for migration and modernization.
• Participate in incident/problem/change/release management; prepare SOPs and diagrams.
