Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Pune is seeking an experienced Azure-focused serverless architect to design, build and optimize cloud-native workloads. You will implement API-first patterns, secure APIs, and drive IaC initiatives to enable scalable, compliant serverless solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in Azure Functions, API Management policies, and event-driven integrations using Event Grid and Service Bus, with strong emphasis on security and governance across enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing serverless architectures on Azure.
• Strong background in securing REST APIs with OAuth2/OpenID.
• Proficient in designing API-first architectures with API Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage serverless workloads using Azure Functions (HTTP triggers, Event Hub, Service Bus, blob triggers).
• Enable API-first architectures by designing and implementing Azure API Management policies and developer portal features.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CDKTF and ARM templates.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, and authorization/authentication (OAuth2, OpenID).
• Create reusable patterns for event-driven solutions using Azure Event Grid, Service Bus and Logic Apps.
• Integrate serverless workloads with security services such as Key Vault, Managed Identities and Azure AD.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices for serverless architectures.
