Job summary

Hiring Squad is seeking an AI Engineer (Consultant / Assistant Manager) to design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions on the Azure ecosystem. You will work with Azure AI Foundry, Python, and LLMs to implement RAG architectures using vector databases, ensuring scalable, enterprise-grade AI applications.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and responsible AI practices, with an expectation for strong stakeholder management and agile collaboration within client engagements.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Generative AI development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementation.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of model orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
• Experience building, deploying, and monitoring AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices is preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI solutions on the Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Python, LLMs, RAG architectures, and Vector Databases, with experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications.
