Job summary

Jobgether in partnership is seeking an Azure AI Data Analyst based in India to design and maintain data pipelines powering AI solutions. You will collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure data quality and availability for enterprise AI workflows.

Responsibilities include ETL/ELT development in Azure Synapse and Google BigQuery, building scalable data architectures, and supporting generation AI deployments.

Qualifications

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Azure AI Data Analyst based in India.

As an Azure AI Data Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures that power advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Working closely with IT, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams, you will ensure data availability, quality, and seamless integration across enterprise systems. You will leverage technologies such as Azure Synapse, Google Cloud, BigQuery, and Vertex AI to support data processing and AI-driven applications. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing data workflows, and supporting the deployment of generative AI and agentic solutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative enterprise technology projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will help bridge the gap between data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and emerging AI technologies.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to gather technical requirements and ensure data availability and system readiness for AI integration.
• Design, develop, implement, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines to prepare, clean, transform, and structure datasets for machine learning models and large language models (LLMs).
• Build and maintain scalable data architectures that support enterprise AI applications and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Work within Google Cloud environments to manage datasets, orchestrate data workflows, and support AI model deployment.
• Leverage Azure Synapse and Google BigQuery to manage, process, and analyze enterprise data efficiently.
• Provide technical support for AI systems, including generative AI applications, agentic workflows, and internal data integration tools.
• Troubleshoot system, API, and data pipeline issues by investigating data anomalies, analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of agentic AI development platforms and workflow orchestration tools.
• Support integrations between cloud environments, databases, APIs, servers, and enterprise IT infrastructure components.
• Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation covering data architectures, pipeline structures, API integrations, and AI workflows.
• Contribute to enterprise IT and AI projects, ensuring technical solutions meet operational requirements and established quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processing efficiency, system reliability, and AI integration capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, with 1–3 years of directly relevant experience in similar data or IT roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Synapse and Google BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Python programming, including data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience writing complex queries and performing database manipulation and optimization.
• Good understanding of data engineering principles, database management, ETL/ELT processes, and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud data and AI technologies, particularly Gemini, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.
• Understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts and practical familiarity with Generative AI applications, large language models, and agentic AI development.
• Exposure to AI workflow orchestration and automation platforms such as Flowise AI, Zapier, or n8n.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure components and their interactions, including APIs, databases, data pipelines, servers, and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to investigate technical issues and identify effective solutions.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data pipeline descriptions, and system integration documentation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside technical teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
