Job summary

Marlabs is seeking an Azure AI Co-Pilot Engineer to design and implement AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI. You will build copilots that integrate with business workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay ahead of AI trends while contributing to a global team.

This onsite-two-days-per-week role is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility to consider other major metros.

Qualifications

• 2–3 months of hands-on experience (or strong interest) with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
• Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with ML libraries and UI development (Streamlit or JavaScript frameworks) is a plus.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of secure API/web service development and data protection best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and tools, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems or introduce new capabilities.
• Work independently and within global teams, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.
