Job summary

Capgemini Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator to support enterprise-grade directory services. You will manage AD DS/AD FS, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and user provisioning across large scales, working with IAM and security teams to uphold security and compliance.

You will participate in incident management, change control, and continuous improvement of identity platforms in a hybrid IT environment, ensuring reliable access for business users and applications.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in Active Directory administration and support within enterprise or managed service environments.
• Hands-on experience with AD DS, AD FS, GPO, and user/group administration.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, access control, and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Active Directory environments, ensuring availability, security, and operational stability.
• Manage AD users, groups, computers, OUs, and GPOs per security requirements.
• Handle incidents, service requests and troubleshooting related to directory services and access management.
• Perform JML workflows, provisioning, deprovisioning, and permissions management.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, and Infrastructure teams to resolve issues and optimize environments.
