Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala in Surat, Gujarat, seeks a Panchakaram therapist to assist with preparing medicines and oils, guide patients, and perform therapy as directed by the Physician.

You will ensure post-procedure care, maintain hygiene, build patient rapport, and support promotional activities of the Vaidyaratnam group. Diploma in Therapy and 3–5 years in Ayurveda with Hindi communication are desired.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Therapy Course.
• 3-5 years experience in Ayurveda industry.
• Good communication in Hindi.

Responsabilités

• Prepare medicines, oils and other required preparations for Panchakaram therapy.
• Guide patients into the therapy room and provide services as instructed by the Doctor or reception.
• Complete Panchakaram therapy procedures as described in the patient case sheet.
• Provide necessary post-procedure support to the patient.
• Consult the Doctor for any feedback and implement changes as needed.
• Maintain clean and hygienic condition of the treatment room and equipment.
• Build rapport with patients to ensure loyalty to the Vaidyaratnam Brand.
• Arrange necessary items for therapy procedures and support center activities.

Purpose

Responsible for completing the Panchakaram therapy procedures as per direction of the Physician

Responsibilities

• 1. Prepare medicines / oils and other required preparations for the procedure as required for the treatment.
• 2. Guide the patients into the therapy room and provide services as per instructions from the Doctor or from the reception in the case of general massages.
• 3. Complete the Panchakaram therapy procedures as described in the case sheet of patient.
• Arrange to provide necessary post procedure support to the patient.
• 4. In case of any feedback from the patient or from the Doctor, necessary changes to be made in consultation with the Doctor.
• 5. Responsible for keeping clean and hygienic condition of the Pathy' and other therapy equipment.
• 6. Responsible for building rapport with patient and ensure better care so that they will become loyal to the Vaidyaratnam Brand
• 7. Responsible for arranging necessary items for the therapy procedures.
• 8. Responsible for extending necessary support to general Treatment center and other promotional activities of Vaidyaratnam group.
• Extend all other possible support during patient stay at the center to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualification

• Diploma in Therapy Course

Experience

3- 5 years experience in Ayurveda industry.

Good Communication skill in Hindi
