IT Skills and Experience

Desired Experience:

  1. Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
  2. Handling Different PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
  3. Performing Hardware Software Installation (understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
  4. Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
  5. Printer support
  6. Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
  7. Excellent customer service and people skills
  8. Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
  9. Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
  10. Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Personal Attributes:
  1. Excellent End-user computing skills
  2. Good knowledge of Infrastructure support
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  4. Well organized and extremely detail-oriented

  4. SCCM
IT Qualifications

At least two of the following:

  1. PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
  2. CompTIA A+ Certification
  3. Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
  4. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
Experience in a similar role

2+ years of relevant experience.
