Job summary

Luxoft is seeking experienced AxiomSL developers to support regulatory reporting solutions for banking clients. You will implement and enhance AxiomSL/ControllerView, tailor solutions to local jurisdictions, and work with Nasdaq RegCloud migrations.

You will collaborate with solution architects, conduct requirements gatherings, perform hands-on development, deliver training, and stay updated with regulatory changes while following SDLC and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of AxiomSL implementation, including 2.5 years in Axiom
• Experience with Nasdaq RegCloud or migration to RegCloud
• Familiarity with Capital market concepts and regulatory reporting data
• Excellent SQL skills and SQL query tools
• Experience with Axiom CV v9/10
• Strong interest in software implementation and process management
• Clear communication with client personnel at all levels

Responsibilities

• Support AxiomSL implementation activities across the project lifecycle for different client engagements
• Support client discovery workshops and design and configure solutions within project parameters
• Collaborate with Nasdaq and client stakeholders, Solution Architects, and SMEs to analyze client data and implement solutions
• Perform hands-on development using the Axiom ControllerView platform or other required technology
• Participate in requirements gathering, development, unit testing, testing support, and production support

• Provide regulatory reporting expertise and stay current with regulatory developments
• Follow SDLC best practices and maintain precise documentation

• The successful candidate will have hands-on AxiomSL / ControllerView implementation experience, a good understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, and experience implementing client-specific and local jurisdictional customisations.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 4–7 years of AxiomSL implementation experience out of which 2.5 years in Axiom
• Experience with Nasdaq RegCloud and/or migration from on-premise AxiomSL to RegCloud.
• Familiarity with Capital market concepts such as Financial Statements, Accounting, risk reporting, reference data sets related to regulatory reporting
• Excellent SQL skills and experience using SQL query tools
• Experience with Axiom CV v9/10
• Experience and a strong interest in software implementation and process management is required
• Is service focused and can communicate clearly with client personnel at any level, from technical staff to executive leadership.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Proficient in using JIRA, MS Office apps
• Certified scrum master / knowledgeable in agile methodologies
• Has experience in SDLC lifecycles for regtech solutions
