Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a skilled Axiom Developer to join our Treasury Technology team, supporting a major Australian banking program. The role focuses on designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting regulatory reporting solutions built on the Axiom platform for APRA compliance and data transformation initiatives.

You will develop end-to-end regulatory reports, optimize performance, and provide production support across Treasury and Finance domains, collaborating with data teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Axiom SL / Axiom Controller View in regulatory reporting.
• Experience in regulatory reporting is preferable.
• Experience with XBRL taxonomy implementation and upgrades.
• Knowledge of Axiom CV10 migration/remediation activities.
• Working knowledge of Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for querying, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of UAT support, production support, deployment, and release processes.
• Ability to analyse requirements, prepare technical specifications, and perform data/report validation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder support skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support regulatory reporting solutions using Axiom SL / Axiom Controller View.
• End-to-end report development including Data Source, Data Model, Modify Model, Portfolio, Aggregation, Freeform Reports, Tabular Reports, and Workflow.
• Analyse requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Support regulatory reporting modules such as APRA.
• Perform migration and remediation activities.
• Develop and remediate Windows batch files for reporting and scheduling processes.
• Create and manage Autosys jil for batch scheduling and production execution.
• Write and maintain file preprocess code, UDFs, and report logic.
• Perform data quality validation, unit testing, functional testing, and support UAT activities.
• Provide production support, issue analysis, defect fixing, and stakeholder support during regulatory submission cycles.
• Deployments across UAT and production environments; collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, QA teams.
• Work independently on assigned regulatory reporting areas and mentor juniors.

We are looking for a highly skilled Axiom Developer to join our Treasury Technology team supporting a major Australian banking program. The role will focus on designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting regulatory reporting solutions built on the Axiom platform. The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and Data teams to deliver business-critical reporting solutions that comply with APRA regulatory requirements and support strategic data transformation initiatives.The role involves development and enhancement of Axiom-based regulatory reports, data integration, automation, performance optimization, and support of end-to-end reporting processes across Treasury and Finance domains. The program supports a centralized Risk, Treasury, and Finance data platform that serves as a single source of truth for regulatory, statutory, and financial reporting
