Job summary

PwC's Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate to lead data engineering efforts across cloud-based pipelines, integrations, and transformation workstreams. You will partner with advisory and technology teams to deliver scalable data solutions and mentor junior members.

You will design AWS-based pipelines with Redshift, Snowflake and Databricks, implement ETL via APIs and Airflow, tune performance, and apply data quality practices while expanding AI-enabled capabilities such as

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsibilities

• Designing and building AWS-based data pipelines and data transformation workflows for modernization programs
• Developing Redshift, Snowflake, and Databricks solutions that support analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled use cases
• Integrating data sources through ETL processes, API connections, and orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow and AWS services
• Tuning warehouse performance, optimizing queries, and improving data models for scalability and efficiency
• Applying data architecture, data quality, and data validation methods across cloud data platforms
• Implementing vector search, agent runtime, and MCP capabilities to support AI assistant solutions
• Collaborating on data engineering workstreams, translating requirements into technical deliverables, and resolving implementation issues
• Reviewing technical work, mentoring junior team members, and applying professional judgment across client delivery activities

As a AWS(Redshift + AI Assistant &Vector +Agentcore Runtime+MCP) - Senior Associate you will support data engineering work that helps turn data into usable insights through cloud-based data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, and build client connections while deepening your technical skills in data, analytics, and AI within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to data infrastructure and system design, apply critical thinking to address complex needs, and mentor junior team members while adapting to changing client priorities and delivery needs.

What You Must Have
