Job summary

Secure Minds is seeking an AWS DevOps Operations engineer to act as a Cloud Architect across AWS and GCP, leading cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization for a UK-shift engineering team based out of Gurgaon. You will own Terraform-driven infrastructure at scale, CI/CD pipelines via Git, GitHub Actions and Jenkins, and manage containerized workloads with Docker/Kubernetes (EKS).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect on AWS or GCP — architecture design, cloud migration, application migration, infrastructure modernization
• Extensive hands‑on Terraform experience provisioning high-scale infrastructure
• Deep proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Practical administration of code repositories and artifact management systems (GitHub, JFrog)
• Containerization with Docker and managing containerized workloads in production Kubernetes (EKS)
• Cloud cost management — FinOps, budgeting, optimization
• Strong scripting ability in Bash and/or Python
• Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills — incident handling and RCA ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication — able to articulate architectural concepts to both engineering teams and leadership

Job description

We're looking for an AWS DevOps Operations engineer to act as a Cloud Architect across AWS and GCP — designing architecture, leading cloud and application migrations, and driving infrastructure modernization for a UK-shift engineering team based out of Gurgaon.

You’ll own Terraform-driven infrastructure as code at high scale, CI/CD via Git, GitHub Actions and Jenkins, containerized workloads on Docker/Kubernetes (EKS), and cloud cost governance (FinOps, rightsizing, budgeting). You’ll also administer code repositories and artifact management (GitHub, JFrog), handle incident response and RCA, and communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both engineering teams and leadership.
