Job summary

Allegis Group seeks a cloud/DevOps skilled professional to design and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will handle Docker/Kubernetes workloads and provide L3 support for production systems.

Responsibilities include automation, monitoring, and ensuring smooth releases while using IaC tools to manage scalable environments in a hybrid cloud setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• L3 support experience including troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Hands-on proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
• Customer support via voice and chat channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Ensure reliable software releases.
• Provision, configure, and manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Use IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Build and manage Docker containers.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
• Monitor production systems for incidents and outages and resolve issues per SLA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support on Designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Automate build, testing, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
• Provision, configure, and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Build and manage Docker containers.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes / OpenShift clusters.
• Monitor production systems and applications for incidents and outages.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
