Job summary

Isolve Technologies is seeking an experienced AWS/DevOps engineer to design, deploy, and manage our cloud infrastructure in Chennai. You will work with Kubernetes on EKS, implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Azure DevOps and Argo CD, and collaborate with development teams to promote DevOps best practices.

You will automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, build monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana, and ensure security, reliability, and cost efficiency across environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS and DevOps engineering experience.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Bitbucket.
• Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker experience.
• Terraform and Ansible proficiency.
• Scripting: Shell, PowerShell, Python.
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Networking and security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot across Dev, Staging and Prod.

Job description

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• AWS Cloud and DevOps engineering and knowledge of GCP and Azure clouds.
• Design, deploy, and maintain our AWS infrastructure, including our Kubernetes clusters in EKS.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide infrastructure solutions that meet their requirements and promote DevOps practices.
• Hands‑on experience in SCM tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps and Bitbucket is mandatory.
• Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts for infrastructure management.
• Continuously monitor and optimize our AWS infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our applications including Jenkins, Azure DevOps and Argo CD.
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in on‑call rotations to provide support for our production environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, ECR, CloudWatch, Lambda, Event bus, SQS and IAM.
• Knowledge with infrastructure management tools like terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Ingress Controllers (like Nginx or ALB).
• Experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus & Grafana for Kubernetes is mandatory.
• Experience in Database management tools including MSSQL and MongoDB is mandatory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines in all environments Dev, Staging and Prod.
• Should have hands on in scripting languages like Shell and PowerShell.
• Should have knowledge of python programming for automation.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, EKS, Lambda, EventBridge)
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Argo CD, Azure DevOps
