Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize cloud-native data solutions on AWS. The role focuses on scalable ETL pipelines, data quality frameworks, and event-driven architectures using AWS services.

Collaborate with business and technology teams to build reliable, secure, and high-performing data platforms, with a strong emphasis on governance and security practices.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of overall experience in Data Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years with AWS Data Engineering technologies.
• Strong expertise in designing enterprise-scale data pipelines and data lake solutions.
• Experience with metadata-driven ETL frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and data quality principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue (PySpark).
• Build and manage complex data transformation workflows across large datasets.
• Develop orchestration workflows using AWS Step Functions and AWS EventBridge.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Design and optimize data models for analytical and operational use cases.
• Develop robust data validation, reconciliation, and data quality frameworks.
• Build and maintain secure AWS environments following IAM and security best practices.
• Create and manage S3-based data lake solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable cloud data platforms.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technology improvements.
