Detailed Job Description

As an AWS Cloud / DevOps Engineer supporting enterprise cloud solutions in EGL, Bangalore via Infogine Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of AWS infrastructure deployments, automated CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring. Your day-to-day responsibilities include provisioning and configuring core AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM), writing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation, and automating operational workflows with Python and Bash scripting. You will monitor cloud telemetry using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and the ELK stack, troubleshoot networking and infrastructure bottlenecks, and collaborate closely with development and QA engineering teams during 2nd shift operations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, provision, configure, and maintain core Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Automate routine operational tasks, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment workflows using Python and Bash scripting.
• Build, maintain, and scale robust CI/CD deployment pipelines utilizing modern DevOps tools and automation servers.
• Implement comprehensive cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK stack.
• Troubleshoot complex AWS infrastructure, VPC networking, routing, security groups, and IAM permission anomalies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, QA, and security teams during 2nd shift operational schedules.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3.5 to 4.5+ years of professional hands-on experience in AWS cloud administration, DevOps engineering, or infrastructure support.
• Strong practical expertise across core AWS services: EC2, S3, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Proven proficiency in Infrastructure as Code frameworks: Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Solid programming and scripting skills in Python and Bash shell scripting.
• Practical operational knowledge of monitoring and observability tools: CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK stack.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work in India with local residency and availability for 2nd shift operations and walk-in interviews in EGL, Bangalore.
