Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior treasury professional to lead strategic fundraising, optimize cash flow, and ensure unobstructed working capital for growth.

You will spearhead debt issuance, manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and other lenders, and oversee the complete deal lifecycle from origination to finalization.

MBA in Finance with 12–15 years of treasury experience and certifications will be highly valued.

Qualifications

• MBA-Finance with at least 12–15 years of core treasury experience.
• Banking/treasury certifications preferred.
• Strong networking in banking circles and finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic fundraising initiatives to diversify funding sources.
• Manage end-to-end treasury operations from origination to closure.
• Oversee debt issuance of listed securities and other instruments.
• Strengthen relationships with banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, and financial institutions.
• Drive cash flow optimization and liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead growthinitiatives through diverse financial instruments viz Term Loan, PTC, CP, NCDwhile fostering co-lending partnerships
• Cultivate and expandrelationships with key financial stakeholders viz Banks, NBFCs, FinancialInstitutions, Mutual Funds, etc
• Oversee the completedeal lifecycle from origination to closure, ensuring timely negotiation andfinalization of terms
• Lead the issuance ofListed Debt Securities & Market Linked Debentures, diversifying theborrowing mix and expanding the lender base
• Facilitate thecompany’s first impact funding.
