Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is seeking an AVP – Talent Acquisition (Experienced Hires) to lead senior-level hiring across portcos. Based in Bengaluru with global time-zone coordination, you will own end-to-end recruitment for finance, technology, operations, and corporate functions.

You will manage senior stakeholders, drive data-driven recruiting through Workday Recruiting, monitor time-to-fill and pipeline health, and optimize cost-per-hire with vendors while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments (GCC preferred).
• Deep functional expertise across corporate hiring—finance, legal, technology, operations.
• Strong Workday Recruiting proficiency including reporting and configuration.
• Metrics-driven with focus on time-to-fill, pipeline conversion and offer closure.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruiting for experienced-hire mandates across portcos (IC to Sr AVP).
• Senior stakeholder management with portco heads, CEOs, CFOs and functional leaders.
• Demand planning and pipeline health with real-time dashboards.
• SLA adherence and candidate experience ownership from JD sign-off to Day 1.
