WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. invites an AVP, Solution Architect to drive architectural direction for complex consumer financial services platforms.

You will lead multiple agile teams, mentor engineers, and oversee microservices and cloud-native deployments across PCF and AWS. Strong focus on scalable architectures and secure, compliant designs. The role requires extensive Java/Spring experience, microservices, and CI/CD mastery, with an emphasis on data models, performance, and interoperability

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Approximately 7 years in technology with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• API development using Java.
• Experience in Enterprise Communications.
• Strong Java/Spring expertise: Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Data Flow.
• Experience with US payment networks (ACH, Wire) preferred.
• Experience building microservices and 12-factor app methodology.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Jira Align.
• Experience with Jira and CI tooling (Jenkins).
• Experience with caching (Redis/GemFire).

Responsabilidades

• Influence multiple agile development teams through all phases of the Agile lifecycle using SAFe.
• Architect full-stack applications with PCF and AWS.
• Drive CI/CD with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and uDeploy stack.
• Mentor and collaborate with developers, UX designers, product managers and architects.
• Ensure code quality across development, testing and QA.
• Participate in Agile scrums and Engineering CoPs.
• Lead Agile sprints as the technical expert including planning and reviews.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and resolve production incidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Work with third-party vendors to integrate software into products.

As an AVP, Solution Architect, you will be responsible for...

• Influencing multiple agile development teams through all phases of the Agile development life cycle using SAFe.
• Implementing new technologies and assisting developers as they migrate to new technologies.
• Architecting applications across the full stack, with experience in PCF, AWS and cloud‑native technologies.
• Managing application architecture, microservices ecosystems, Spring Batch applications using Spring Cloud Data Flow, J2EE, Spring Java and RESTful APIs.
• Designing data models to support complex business processes.
• Driving a CI/CD strategy using the Jenkins, Bitbucket and uDeploy stack.
• Influencing and collaborating with software developers, UX designers, product managers, application architects and customer application experts to create high‑quality applications.
• Mentoring and influencing all levels of the team, with opportunities to influence stakeholders across all levels of the chain of command.
• Ensuring compliance with architecture, security and technology standards established by the company's Financial division.
• Assisting in developing and maintaining the future‑state technology architecture strategy, along with the application modernization and migration roadmap.
• Participating in Agile scrums consisting of cross‑functional teams.
• Participating in and contributing to Engineering Communities of Practice (CoPs).
• Leading Agile sprints as the technical expert, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming sessions and sprint reviews.
• Ensuring application code quality throughout development, testing and QA.
• Participating in root cause analyses and incident reporting, and providing direction for problem resolution.
• Analyzing production defects, troubleshooting systems, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
• Exploring the latest technologies, open‑source projects and programming languages.
• Providing periodic 24/7 on‑call support throughout the year.
• Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and improve system performance.
• Working with third‑party vendors to develop software and integrate their software into the company's products.

What you already have...

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree with modern application
• development experience, around 7 years of experience in Technology, 5+ years in
• API development using Java and 2 years in Technical Lead driving product solutions in
• Enterprise Communications
• Strong Technical Expertise in Java, Spring Projects – Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Data Flow, S3 Bucket, Git, Maven, Gradle and REST
• Prior experience working with US Payment networks (ACH, Wire, or related payment processing systems) is essential
• Strong Experience in developing microservices with 12-factor app methodology
• Strong Experience with Scaled Agile framework and familiarity with tools like JIRA Align
• Strong Experience with Agile application development and familiarity with tools like JIRA
• Strong Experience with continuous integration environments and using tools like Jenkins
• Strong Experience writing unit and integration tests and familiarity with frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Spring Test.
• Strong Experience with Caching Systems – Redis/Gemfire.
