Job summary

Peoplelogic Business Solutions invites an experienced AVP – Operations to lead large-scale Finance & Accounting Operations and client delivery in Ahmedabad.

This WFO role requires 15+ years of experience, 8+ years in leadership, and a proven track record of managing 100+ FTEs across multiple processes with exposure to US/UK/Australia markets and governance excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 8+ years in a leadership/people management role.
• Proven experience in Operations Management and large-scale team leadership.
• Experience managing 100+ FTEs across multiple processes or functions.
• Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management, stakeholder management, and client escalation management.
• Extensive experience in Accounting & Financial Operations supporting US, UK, and Australian markets.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and managing governance frameworks, operational controls, KPI dashboards, MIS reporting, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Strong background in Process Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Lean/Operational Excellence, and productivity improvement.
• Proven track record of building and implementing processes from scratch and scaling operations.
• Experience driving Automation and Digital Transformation across Finance & Accounting functions.
• Prior experience in a Shared Services, Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, or Finance & Accounting Operations environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margins, productivity, and operational financial KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to manage senior client stakeholders.
• Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• CA qualification preferred.
• Candidates with experience in senior positions such as Senior Manager, AVP, VP, or equivalent will be preferred.
