Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- LDT,I2C/OTC

We are seeking a Senior Lean and Quality professional to join our team. This role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of Account Receivables (AR) processes, a strong understanding of lean principles, excellent project management skills, executive presence, and significant exposure to technology.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with operations leads, vertical leads, and clients to design, implement, and drive value-generating roadmaps or transformation roadmaps (including digital and analytics).
  2. Collaborate with consulting teams, solutions teams, transition teams, training departments, operations teams, and practice areas to understand and deliver contractual commitments.
  3. Identify process bottlenecks with operation and functional teams; conduct root cause analysis; implement process improvements and digital solutions across the organization.
  4. Support aligned teams in their lean journey for continuous improvement by operationalizing the lean approach.
  5. Conduct value stream mapping (VSM), Gemba walks, floor walks to identify process improvement opportunities.
  6. Lead Lean Action Workouts and Kaizen events with operations teams and clients.
  7. Create transformation roadmaps for lean initiatives, work closely with business leaders for realization.
  8. Deliver Lean Digital projects that improve end-to-end processes driving significant business impact for clients.
  9. Conduct quality awareness sessions and lean training within the organization.
  10. Initiate projects that improve end-to-end processes; set up measurement systems delivering business impact.
  11. Build a culture of process excellence; drive productivity through process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives.
  12. Support transition teams in volume analysis; baseline metrics; set targets for new processes.
  13. Drive standardization of global best practices within the organization.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree required; full time MBA from a premier institution preferred
  2. Relevant years of experience in a Transformation, process improvement or operations role
  3. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
  4. Team Management Experience: Relevant years of experience in a team leading role in operations of quality/ transformation/ lean six sigma
  5. Deep Domain Knowledge: Experience in Accounts receivable processes such as collections (voice and non-voice), cash applications, billing, master data management, etc. with deep domain skills in one or more areas preferably collections or cash applications.
  6. Project and stakeholder Management: Excellent project management skills designing driving small large-scale improvement transformation projects
  7. Consultative Partnering Skills: Good consultative partnering skills while dealing senior leadership
  8. Lean and Quality knowledge: Ability to identify Waste and streamline process
  9. Self-driven Ability Drive Outcomes Independently: Self-driven ability drive outcomes independently

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  1. Exposure AR tools implementations like High Radius, SAP, S4HANA implementations
