Job summary

M&G India is seeking a Revenue Management professional to manage accounting close processes and related activities in Mumbai. The role will focus on accurate revenue accounting, invoicing, cash collection, and ensuring robust control environments across the function.

The candidate will contribute to automation projects and support external audits, while developing talent within the team and driving efficiency across processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate accounting and preparation for all trading income within MGG - including fee income, performance related fees, trail commission and rebates.
• Ensure client invoicing and cash collection is prepared and performed on a timely basis.
• Ensure recharges to funds and cash collection is performed on a timely basis.
• Ensure the control environment is fit for purpose, and that all M&G control requirements are met.
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly and half yearly accounting close processes for the Revenue Management team including required analysis of results.
• Manage and support the external audit process for areas of responsibility.
• Seek to continually improve processes within the team, with a focus on efficiency and automation.
• Ensure balance sheet items in area of responsibility are well prepared including intercompany positions.
• Support the development of talent within the team.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement projects.
