Job Description

We are seeking a Mid/Senior PI AF specialist with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

This role is more aligned with a Data Analyst who has expertise in PI AF and pharma, rather than a typical Data Analyst position.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Pharma is mandatory.
  • Experience with databases is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus but not critical.

The majority of work is in the CET time zone, with some tasks in PST.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the contextualization of manufacturing PI sensor data.
  • Work on PI Asset Framework with hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of databases and process understanding of drug substance manufacturing (upstream and downstream).
  • Familiarity with plant equipment such as bioreactors, centrifuges, chromatography skids, viral filters, UF/DF, media and buffer tanks.
  • Understanding of recipes and batch genealogy.
  • Use digital tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other systems to document and input data.
Key Tasks:
  • Analyze sensor names, assist with equipment identification, standardization, and mapping.
  • Use batch information to determine active batches on equipment.
  • Communicate with site SMEs for details, verification, and documentation gathering.

The project duration is approximately 1 year, with potential extension. Overlap with US sites is expected to be sufficient for European-based candidates.
