We require an Aviation Trainer for our academy from an Aviation background who has good experience as a cabin crew.

The main job responsibility will be to train and prepare students for a bright future in the industry and to counsel new walk-ins at the center and online to help them understand the Aviation Industry job roles.

We are looking for someone with a pleasing personality, good communication skills, and the ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and fluid work environment.

The candidate should have exceptional knowledge to conduct grooming classes and deep knowledge of the Aviation Industry.

1. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
2. Conduct counseling and ensure enrollment in the class.
3. Plan batch management and schedule.
4. Conduct assessments, execute training, develop content, and evaluate students.
5. Prepare training materials such as manuals, videos, and presentations.
6. Deliver training effectively, both theoretical and practical.
7. Schedule training sessions, ensuring 100% attendance of the batch.
8. Motivate and mentor students.
9. Maintain a proactive and positive approach.
10. Participate in placements, ensuring trainees demonstrate the required competencies/knowledge.
11. Create and maintain a positive team environment with high levels of team spirit, motivation, and strong work ethics.

We have a requirement for our Delhi Center.
