Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (aviation/hospitality background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a trainer, cabin crew, or ground staff.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and training students.
• Energetic, professional, and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical sessions on aviation, grooming, soft skills, and customer service.
• Train students on safety protocols, airline procedures, and professional conduct.
• Prepare training materials in line with industry and DGCA standards.
• Conduct mock interviews, role-plays, and performance assessments.
• Foster a disciplined and positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with placement teams to prepare students for job opportunities.
