IT EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or ITI in Information Technology (B.Tech / M.Tech need not to apply).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the domain.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• An ability to prioritize and delegate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as Local Administrator on-site and carry out day-to-day operational tasks.
• Design, planning, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring all IT equipment like Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Copier, WIFI, Access Point, LAN, VLAN, Antivirus, Standard Software, Customized Software, OS, NAS, Firewall, CCTV, EPBAX, Television, IBS, Splitter, Mobile Devices, Speakers, Amplifiers, Mixer, ISP, Managed & Unmanaged POE, Non POE Switches including L3 Switches.
• Timely escalation of issues and follow-up till resolution with the vendors.
• Maintaining all the IT assets of the Mall.
• Coordinating with tenants for live data tracking (revenue shares)
• Generating all reports related to the IT services.
• Maintaining AMC tracker for all related equipment’s / hardware’s.
