Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Avaloq solutions for broking and trading operations.
• Customize the Avaloq core banking suite to support brokerage products and regulatory processes.
• Integrate Avaloq with external platforms using Avaloq’s interface architecture.
• Develop scripts and parameterizations for securities handling, trade lifecycle, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and downstream system teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as MiFID, FATCA, etc.

Our client is looking for an experienced Avaloq Developer with a strong background in the broking domain, including trade lifecycle management, order execution, and regulatory compliance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions within capital markets and brokerage services.

Duration: 1 Year

Working: Hybrid (Office + Home)

Location: Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹10,00,000 – ₹30,10,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Avaloq solutions for broking and trading operations.
• Customize the Avaloq core banking suite to support brokerage products and regulatory processes.
• Integrate Avaloq with external platforms using Avaloq’s interface architecture.
• Develop scripts and parameterizations for securities handling, trade lifecycle, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and downstream system teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as MiFID, FATCA, etc.

Required Skills:

• 3–8 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in Avaloq customization.
• Strong domain knowledge in broking/trading workflows within private or investment banking.
• Practical experience in:
• Avaloq scripting & parameterisation
• Avaloq interface development
• PL/SQL, Oracle
• Familiarity with order management systems, trade matching, and settlement processes.
• Working experience on Unix/Linux platforms and job scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Avaloq ACP certification
• Exposure to platforms like FIX, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters
