Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Automotive Technician will handle routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, and fluid checks, to keep fleet vehicles in optimal condition. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, performing automotive repair and replacement work, and addressing suspension and general maintenance & repair needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate service records, following safety and quality standards, coordinating with the operations team to minimize vehicle downtime, and supporting continuous improvements in fleet performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for fleet vehicles.
• Candidates should possess skills in auditing the cars when checks in at the serivice center
• Candidates should possess skills in Automotive Repair, including mechanical diagnostics and component replacement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Suspension inspection, repair, and adjustment approval post proper inspection.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with commercial or fleet vehicles is an advantage.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, follow service manuals, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
