Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an automation engineer to design and develop Playwright scripts for UI and API testing. You will implement regression and smoke suites, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and maintain the automation framework to ensure high software quality.

The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright in JavaScript/TypeScript, strong web testing knowledge, API testing, and familiarity with Jenkins/Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of Web Application Testing.
• Experience in API Testing.

• Knowledge of BDD/TDD methodologies.
• Experience using Git and version control systems.
• Exposure to Selenium, Cypress, or other automation tools.
• Basic cloud testing experience.
