Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to lead and enhance our automation testing initiatives using Selenium WebDriver with Python. You will design robust automation solutions to improve quality and release velocity.

Key duties include building end-to-end automation frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid), API testing, and integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Qualifications

• Selenium WebDriver with Python expertise.
• Automation framework design (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid).
• API testing of REST APIs.
• CI/CD tools experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Python
• Build and enhance end-to-end automation frameworks (Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Hybrid)
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for UI and API testing
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Generate and analyze test reports using Allure, HTML reports, pytest reports
• Define and own the automation strategy aligned with business and project goals
• Perform code reviews, enforce automation standards, and drive best practices
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior automation engineers
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure quality releases
