RiDiK is seeking a Sr. SDET/Test Lead for Bangalore. You will lead offshore testing, support manual and automation teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to define test plans and strategies. The role requires strong expertise in Selenium, Python automation, and data/ETL testing.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in SDET and test leadership, with SQL proficiency and experience in CI/CD tooling. This is a hybrid role with immediate notice preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Testing SME/ SDET Lead from Offshore
• Support both Manual and Automation test teams
• Closely work with the stakeholders to understand business requirements and accordingly create test plan, strategy and test process
• Build / enhance Test plans, Test automation framework, address technical bottlenecks, and provide solutions.
• Prepare and Review test deliverables and ensure it is up-to-date, complete, and accurate.
• Responsible for executing tests as defined in the test plan and reporting the status
• Manage testing teams and Report status to Onsite leads and stakeholders

Must Haves

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of strong experience in SDET and Test Leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with Data/ ETL Testing, Automation using Selenium and Anaplan.
• Advanced SQL and performance tuning skills
• Hands on experience in developing UI automation script in Python using Selenium/Appium framework.

Good to have

• Exposure to Airflow or alternative Orchestration tools
• Hands on experience in preparing and updating test automation scripts as per new hardware and software features/functionalities.
• Experience in building or enhancing Automation Framework (Hybrid, Data Driven, Keyword Driven etc.)
• Hands on experience in CI/CD: MAVEN, Jenkins/AWS Pipelines (EC2) based testing
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies

Domain Skills

• Experience in Retail Domain preferably with Merchandise/ Data/Commerce retail.

Skill set and Certifications

• Test Management tools like JIRA/TestRail
• SDET concepts, Agile methodologies and Testing Process
• Appium and Selenium WebDriver with Java
• Java, Maven, Jenkins, Automation frameworks like BDD, TestNG, JUnit
• Snowflakes, Apache Airflow experience or expertise (Good to have)
• ISTQB Certification
