About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Playwright Automation Engineer with experience in Industrial HMI (Human Machine Interface) applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI automation using Playwright and hands‑on experience testing industrial software, SCADA, HMI, or automation products. The role involves developing robust automation frameworks, validating HMI workflows, and ensuring high‑quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Automate regression, functional, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Validate Industrial HMI applications for functionality, usability, and performance.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and system engineers to understand application functionality.
• Design reusable automation libraries and utilities.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze failures.
• Report and track defects using defect management tools.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide test estimations.
• Prepare automation reports and quality metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and automation coverage.

Required Skills

• 3–9 years of software testing experience.
