RAN QA & Automation Engineer (4G/5G)

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience as 4G/5G RAN QA and Automation engineer (scripting).
• Working experience in Python and shell scripting (develop scripts using Robot framework).
• Good understanding of 5G and 4G network architecture.
• Knowledge of message flows and parameters used in the messages for 5G/4G & IRAT procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with UE/Network simulation tools like TM500, Amarisoft, etc.
• Hands‑on experience in using QXDM/XCAL debugging tools.
• Ability to fully understand system logs, test tool logs and use this understanding for implementing automation scripts for validation.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
