Job summary

DrinkPrime is hiring a Junior QA Engineer (Automation-Focused) in Bengaluru. You will build and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile apps, ensure API reliability, and drive regression testing to accelerate releases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of QA experience with hands-on automation
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java or Python)
• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Playwright)
• Solid understanding of API testing concepts and tools (Postman, REST)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills to trace issues across frontend and backend
• Ability to read and understand code including backend service interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1+ years of QA experience (including internships), with hands-on automation experience
  
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java or Python preferred)
  
• Practical experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar
  
• Solid understanding of API testing concepts and tools (Postman, REST)
  
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to trace issues across frontend and backend systems
  
• Comfortable reading and understanding code, including backend service interactions
  
• Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and eagerness to learn in a dynamic startup environment
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
