Roboyo in India Hyderabad is seeking a Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer - UiPath to join our Delivery Team. You will drive automation strategy, set standards, and lead a team across UiPath projects, leveraging Power Platform to deliver innovative client solutions.

The role demands 8+ years in Intelligent Automation, strong tech leadership, and hands-on coding with SQL, Git, C#/Python. You will mentor engineers, ensure delivery quality, and align with enterprise governance to accelerate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Intelligent Automation software engineering with hands-on UiPath expertise.
• Proven track record as a Technical Lead, successfully staffing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong CI/CD, SQL, Git and programming knowledge to build custom automation components.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshops, and ability to negotiate complex decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set UiPath development standards, patterns, and delivery frameworks for the team.
• Act as technical escalation point for automation challenges and design decisions.

About the role

We are currently looking for a Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer - UiPath to join our Delivery Team in India Hyderabad .

The Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer will be a key member of our Delivery Team, with a specific focus onleveragingthe Microsoft Power Platform to create innovative solutions for our clients. Asan Lead in Intelligent Automation , you will lead workflow ideation and delivery that streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and enable digital transformation across a wide array of industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership

• Set and enforce UiPath development standards, architectural patterns, and delivery frameworks across your team's projects
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex automation challenges, integration issues, and solution design decisions
• Review andvalidatesolution designs, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
• Oversee the quality of UiPath deliverables across all project stages — design, build, test, and deployment
• Stay ahead of UiPath platform developments and translate new capabilities into improved delivery approaches

Delivery & Project Oversight

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor project KPIs, proactively manage risks, and put mitigation plans in place before issues escalated
• Ensure compliance withRoboyo'sinternal delivery processes, governance frameworks, and quality standards
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation across concurrent engagements

WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR

• 8+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering, with hands-on architecturalexpertisein UiPath.
• Proventrack recordoperating as a Technical Lead, successfully managing, staffing, and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong command of advanced software engineering principles and CI/CD operations, includingproficiencyin SQL, Git version control, and core programming languages required to build custom automation components.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the proven ability to conduct technical workshops, elicit granular business requirements, and negotiate complex architectural decisions with non-technical executives.

Strong Plus:

• Hands-on development or architectural experience in Blue Prism (highly valuable for reading and reverse-engineering the legacy codebase).
• Proficiencyin building custom automation components using C#, .NET, or Python.
• UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or document understanding tools into RPA workflows.
