Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC in India seeks an Automation Engineer (IT/OT Specialist) to lead IT/OT integration and Ignition SCADA architecture within FMCG manufacturing, ensuring reliable plant operations and compliance with global automation standards.

The role requires 8–10 years hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA, Kepware OPC, MongoDB/SQL, and industrial networks; you will manage security, PLC/MES/SAP interfaces, develop standardized HMI templates, and coordinate with global teams and OEMs.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
• Experience in Beverage/ FMCG / Pharm manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to plant-wide centralized monitoring systems.
• Experience integrating Ignition with Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Knowledge of SAP / MES / OEE integration/ Ignition Platform is Must.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 & Unified Namespace (UNS) architecture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant IT-OT network and Ignition SCADA architecture.
• Ensure uptime and performance of SCADA Applications, Historian, and OT servers.
• Provide developmental front-end support for SCADA visualization and dashboards.
• Develop and support line monitoring, OEE data systems, and central command centers.

Key Responsibilities

IT-OT Automation Architecture & Plant Support (Primary Role)

• Maintainplant-levelIT -OT network &Ignition SCADA architecture.
