Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Pune seeks an Automation Engineer (IT/OT Specialist) with hands-on IT-OT integration and Ignition SCADA expertise to maintain and optimize plant IT-OT networks, SCADA architecture, and OT cybersecurity.

You will manage Kepware OPC, MongoDB/SQL data, and integration with PLC/MES/SAP, coordinating with global teams to ensure uptime, security, and compliance with global automation standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT-OT integration & Ignition SCADA specialist with 8–10 years in FMCG/Beverage manufacturing.
• Capable of maintaining Ignition SCADA architecture, industrial networks, IT-OT communication and OT cybersecurity.
• Expertise in Ignition SCADA, Kepware OPC, MongoDB, industrial networks and PLC/MES/SAP integration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant IT-OT network & Ignition SCADA architecture.
• Ensure uptime and performance of SCADA applications, historian, and OT servers.
• Develop front-end support for SCADA visualization, line monitoring dashboards, and OEE data systems.
• Troubleshoot SCADA connectivity, OPC and database latency, and network interruptions.
• Ensure secure IT-OT integration and alignment with global standards.

Position Summary: Candidate should have hands on IT-OT integration & SCADA (Ignition) Specialist with 8–10 years of experience in industrial IT systems within FMCG / Beverage manufacturing. The candidate must be capable of independently maintaining Ignition SCADA architecture, industrial networks, IT-OT communication and OT cybersecurity, while ensuring compliance with global automation and IT standards. The role requires strong expertise in Ignition SCADA, Kepware OPC, MongoDB, industrial network architecture and integration with PLC / MES / SAP systems, along with coordination with Global Automation Teams / OEMs / for solution approvals and implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain plant-level IT -OT network & Ignition SCADA architecture.
• Ensure uptime and performance of SCADA Applications, Historian, and OT assigned servers.
