Job summary

Alstom Transportation in Bangalore is seeking an Automation Engineer to apply automation expertise in a cutting-edge rail environment. You will work with development, system engineering, and cybersecurity teams to design and execute automation initiatives, and to drive continuous improvement of practices and tools.

You will develop and maintain automated test cases within a CI/CD framework using Python, collaborate on cross-functional projects to ensure product quality, and help raise the bar

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Computer or IT Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Industrial, IoT Hub, and Mobile Application projects, with a key Automation/System Tester role.
• Strong Python programming skills with Robot Framework, BDD, or similar.
• Understanding of CI/CD frameworks and pipelines.
• Experience or familiarity with API and microservices is a plus.
• Strong English skills; French is a plus.
