You will partner with Product, Technology, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to deliver strong controls, measurable efficiency gains, and improved customer and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end automation experience in business transformation and UAT.
• Maintain automated tests with Cucumber and Gherkin using Python.
• Proficient in Python, Alteryx, Power Automate and other low-code tools.
• Use Jira and Agile methodologies to plan, track, and deliver work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

As a Continuous Improvement and Operations Support Associate within Regulatory Event and Compliance Operations, you will help reimagine processes and deliver scalable automation and testing solutions. You will validate new applications, enhancements, automations, and artificial intelligence and machine learning-enabled solutions before production deployment. You will partner across functions to deliver measurable efficiency gains, stronger controls, and improved customer and employee experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build scalable automation solutions using Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, and approved internal automation and artificial intelligence tools
• Assess solution options using a pragmatic framework (impact, risk, control strength, scalability, run cost, time-to-value) and recommend sustainable approaches
• Implement solutions in line with enterprise standards for documentation, testing, change management, communications, monitoring, auditability, and resiliency
• Deliver measurable financial impact by improving efficiency, strengthening controls, and enhancing customer and employee experiences
• Prioritize multiple initiatives in parallel based on business value, deadlines, risks and impacts, and stakeholder needs
• Automate end-to-end user acceptance testing assets and execution, including requirements review, test scenarios, scripts, test data, evidence capture, and defect logging
• Define clear acceptance criteria and delivery plans, breaking work into milestones with explicit dependencies, risks, and mitigations
• Communicate crisp, regular status updates with measurable progress and elevate early when timelines or scope are at risk
• Balance a quick-to-market mindset with quality to deliver within agreed timelines
• Standardize repeatable ways of working (intake templates, testing approaches, reusable automation modules) to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance and Controls partners to deliver high‑quality solutions and build strong relationships

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Demonstrate 3+ years of end-to-end automation experience in business transformation and user acceptance testing
• Maintain and improve automated test frameworks using Cucumber and Gherkin with Python
• Apply expert proficiency in Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, and other low-code automation tools
• Use Jira and Agile methodologies to plan, track, and deliver work
• Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Apply practical experience using artificial intelligence and machine learning in automation, including familiarity with tool‑using agents, orchestration, guardrails, evaluation, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns
• Demonstrate awareness of internal artificial intelligence governance and guardrails (for internal candidates)
• Leverage large language model‑assisted development workflows and approved tools, including familiarity with internal agent development capabilities
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
