Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Data Analytics/Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with automation, data analytics or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Power Platform, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and Power Platform.
• Create dashboards, reports and data visualizations for decision making.

This role combines programming, data analytics, business process automation, and Microsoft technologies. The candidate does not need to be an expert software developer but should be comfortable learning and applying modern tools to solve business problems. The successful candidate will leverage Python, Microsoft Power Platform, and modern automation technologies to streamline business processes, eliminate manual work, improve reporting, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities
